Linda was born and raised in San Francisco. She moved to the North Bay where she attended college and nursing school. She worked as a registered nurse in Missouri, Washington and California specializing in coronary care, intensive care and medical/surgical pediatrics. In a quest to further her education, she decided to go to law school. Following the Bar examination in 1994, she worked in Sacramento at the McGuire & Prentice firm representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination and harassment cases where she learned litigation and trial skills in State and Federal courts. In 2002, she joined Dunn, Rogaski, Preovolos, Weber & Patterson in Vallejo where she practiced medical malpractice defense. In 2007, she joined Kenny, Snowden & Norine in Redding where she continued to practice medical malpractice, with the addition of municipal and property law and general defense. Linda’s practice has also involved appellate litigation in State and Federal courts for medical malpractice cases in addition to municipal and property law cases.

Linda came to the Craddick office in 2023 as an associate attorney. Her practice focuses on defending healthcare professionals and entities in civil litigation matters and binding arbitration.
