Ann came to the Craddick office in 2015. A graduate of St. Louis University (B.S.N., 1978) and Santa Clara University (J.D., 1995), she was admitted to the California Bar in 1995 and the Colorado Bar in 1996. She specializes in trial practice, medical malpractice defense and hospital liability defense. Ann is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Colorado and the Contra Costa County Bar Association. She has also been awarded the prestigious AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed as a Northern California Super Lawyer yearly since 2009.

Ann’s practice focuses primarily on defending health care professionals and entities in professional liability matters, in civil trials and binding arbitrations. She also represents healthcare providers in administrative matters involving licensing boards, including the Medical Board of California, California Board of Registered Nursing and California Board of Psychology.

Prior to her career in law, Ann worked as a staff nurse in acute medical-surgical and medical-psychiatric units and she continues to maintain her nursing license.
